You acknowledge that telepsychiatry involves inherent limitations and risks, including but not limited to:

The Company disclaims liability for any interruptions, delays, or limitations in care arising from telehealth-related constraints.

5. EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL NOTICE)

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR EMERGENCY USE.

• Availability of specific providers
• Immediate response to communications

Service availability may be affected by:
